Your letter dated August 23.2012 refers.
With regard to the contents of your letter, I would like to explain the circumstances that have led to the ISL clubs preventing their players from representing the Indonesian national team.

The PSSI requested the release of players for a friendly match against Spanish club Valencia CF. The match was scheduled to be played in Jakarta on August 4, 2012. PSSI also requested the ISL clubs to release their players five days before the match and also claimed that August 5, 2012(the day after the Valencia match) that there players had to report to a Training Camp. There clear violations of the FIFA regulations deem PSSI's action void and illegal and is a clear example of PSSI's total lack of knowledge of the FIFA regulations and directives.
